Philips Allura Xper Family
Fixed interventional X-ray platform that anchored cath / angio / IR rooms for 13 years. Multiple distinct configurations — single-plane cardiac (FD10), single-plane angio/vascular/neuro (FD20), biplane (FD10/20), and the dose-reduction ClarityIQ-equipped Allura Clarity FD20.
Succeeded by the Azurion platform (ClarityIQ built in; ultra-fast workflow). Allura Xper units remain active in many rooms — Philips offers direct upgrade paths from R8.2 to Azurion HE for centers that want to stay on current software without replacing the hardware.
Variants (each a separate System Card)
- Allura Xper FD10 — single-plane · cardiac · 14×17 cm detector
- Allura Xper FD20 — single-plane · angio/neuro/vascular · 19" rotatable detector
- Allura Xper FD10/20 Biplane — biplane · pediatric cardiac / EP / complex neuro
- Allura Clarity FD20 — FD20 + ClarityIQ dose reduction (upgrade variant)
