DLIR / TrueFidelity

GE's deep-learning CT image reconstruction — branded TrueFidelity, commonly referred to by the generic DLIR (deep-learning image reconstruction) term. Trained on FBP-reconstructed data pairs; deployed as the current-generation successor to ASiR-V.

Why it matters to buyers: The current differentiating recon license on GE CT. A Revolution CT without TrueFidelity runs a materially different dose / image-quality curve than one with it. Confirm license status in writing on refurb.

Why it matters to engineers: Software license tied to chassis and recon-hardware tier. Upgrade path is not universal — some older chassis cannot host it regardless of license purchase.
