Philips Incisive CT
Family: Philips Incisive · Modality: CT
Mainstream clinical CT — Philips' current mid-segment platform, positioned between entry single-slice lines and the premium Spectral CT 7500 / IQon dual-layer systems. 128-slice Nano-Panel Prism detector, Precise Image deep-learning reconstruction, and a long-life tube (CT Tube Guarantee) targeted at reducing service events over the scanner's working life.
Platform highlights
- Nano-Panel Prism detector — 128-slice reconstructed from a 64-row acquired detector with z-flying focal spot.
- Precise Image — Philips' deep-learning reconstruction, included on current Incisive production.
- CT Tube Guarantee — extended-life tube program (Philips warrants a minimum tube life commitment with service contracts).
- Radiology Smart Workflow — automated patient centering via 3D camera (eliminates technologist-estimated isocentering).
- Cardiac-capable — retrospective and prospective gating; not positioned as a premium single-beat cardiac platform.
Specs
- 128 reconstructed slices (64 × 2 via z-FFS)
- 70 cm gantry aperture
- 0.35 sec minimum rotation
- Nano-Panel Prism detector
- MRC tube family (high-heat-capacity generation)
- iDose4 iterative + Precise Image DL reconstruction
Clinical positioning
Community and mid-size hospital CT for routine body, neuro, oncology staging, vascular. The 3D camera auto-centering and Precise Image are the main workflow / dose differentiators versus conventional 64- and 128-slice competitors. Not a spectral platform — customers who need spectral results step up to IQon or the Spectral CT 7500 (System Card planned).
Relationship to siblings
- Philips Ingenuity CT — predecessor-class mid-segment scanner.
- Philips IQon Spectral CT — spectral sibling.
- Philips iCT — 256-slice premium sibling.
