Current-generation helical TomoTherapy — faster delivery, faster MVCT, optional kV imaging (ClearRT), and Synchrony respiratory motion tracking. Retains the signature helical binary-MLC delivery. Primary clinical strengths: total marrow irradiation, long-field and non-coplanar PTV shaping, and treatment of patients who can't safely be treated on a conventional linac due to target geometry.
