Gantry Rotation Drive

Motor + belt + controller that spins the gantry at up to ~171 rpm (0.35 sec/rotation).

Diagnosis

• Rotation fault at startup → drive or controller, rarely slip ring
• Rotation fault mid-scan, position-dependent → more often slip ring (see that part)
• Belt slip → audible, and will show in rotation timing logs
