Rationale
PET/CT is two scanners in one chassis, and the spec has to cover both. Crystal specs + ToF define PET image quality. CT base platform tells buyers what parts overlap exists with standalone CT systems (parts moat). NRC license flag makes the regulatory requirement explicit — it's the #1 thing buyers under-plan for when moving from CT to PET/CT.
