Sanity checks before publishing
- Cross-check specs against at least 2 sources
- Never invent specific K-numbers — use "multiple 510(k)s over production run" if uncertain
- Never invent install-base counts — use qualitative language
- Never invent MAUDE event counts
- Dates and years: confirm with 2 sources, use ranges when uncertain
